【New Delhi】India's merchandise exports dipped about 26-30 per cent at $12 billion in March 2009 against $16.28 billion in March 2008, according to unofficial quick estimates available with the commerce ministry. Cumulative value of exports for the whole fiscal year 2008-09 amounted to $168.59 billion, against $162.98 billion in 2007-08, logging a growth of 3.56 per cent.
