This book is basically contrary and derogatory to the doctrine of Christian scriptures and intends to seek the origin of Christianity in teachings of Buddhism.
Christianity is a very parochial religion, even among factions Protestantism, the doctrinal controversies have continued for hundreds of years.
Buddhists probably do not care what you say about. I recommend that you should change the title into "Buddhist elements in origins of Christianity", "The various suspected origins of Christianity" or "The various factors impacted on establishment of Christianity" so that this book is positioned as a case of thinking or discussable issues.
Christianity has been established as a religious name. If you simply use Christianity as a name of your book, your book is seen as a challenge existing Church organizations or if your book concludes that "Christianity is a virtual", you may be sued for libel of Christian.

Thank you for your deep examination of my book.
Both Christianity and Judaism are revealed religions founded on the revelations of God and their believers are not allowed to doubt their scriptures.
However the Jewish people had deep interests in the pagans from the beginning. For example, they adopted the customs of Egypt and Persia.
The large number of people from different ethnic groups, such as Greeks and Galileans, including Jesus' forefathers, converted to Judaism after the eastern expedition of Alexander the Great. These newcomers of Judaism seem actively to have learned philosophies and religions from Greek and other different ethnic groups and embarked on a reform of Judaism. These very people are the origins of the Gnostics. The religions of pagans, which they learned, appear to have included Buddhism.
The authors of the Gospels of Mark, Matthew, Luke and John and James, the brother of the Lord, and even Paul seem to have had the knowledge of Buddhism. They also may have learned the Indo-Iranian religion, Mithraism, which seems to be the common origin of Paul's theology and the Pure Land faith.
Paul, who seems to have be one of the Gnostic theologian, criticized the Gnostic violently and contributed to the returnning to revealed religion of Christianity.
