New Delhi, Aug 8: Defence Minister A.K. Antony today said that no attack on Indian troops will be possible without the support of the Pakistan Army.
“Our restraint should not be taken for granted,’’ Antony told the Lok Sabha.
Specialist troops of Pakistan Army were involved in the attack on Indian soldiers, he said, adding that those in Pakistan responsible for this tragedy should not go unpunished.
"This incident will have consequences on our behaviour on the Line of Control and our relations with Pakistan,'' Antony said.

Under sustained attack from the Opposition over his statement on the killing of five soldiers in Poonch sector, Defence Minister A K Antony today retracted from it and squarely blamed the Pakistan Army for the "brutal" act.
He also warned that the Tuesday incident will have "consequences" on India's behaviour on the Line of Control and on relations with Pakistan.
"It is now clear that the specialist troops of Pakistan Army were involved in this attack when a group from Pakistan- occupied Kashmir (PoK) side crossed the LoC and killed our brave jawans," he said in the statement aimed at controlling the damage by his Tuesday's version.

The defence minister was making a fresh statement in parliament on Tuesday's incident in which five Indian army soldiers were killed on the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir by intruders from the Pakistani side of the Line of Control which divides Jammu and Kashmir between India and Pakistan.
